I wanted to add that the last article on the sword in the stone actually has a little proof in my own work.
In level 2 I teach spoon bending. Metal goes into a more liquid state not a pure liquid but enough to make it malleable.
I learnt this from a tornado actually and used the ‘spin’ wisdom to help with spoon bending.
This makes my hypothesis of the sword in the stone a little more like a working model. Who knows maybe one day we will all have the ability to make the matter blending of Merlin and King Arthur possible?
