Exhaustion & Seasonal Affective Disorder Protocol
£99
This subscriber session focused on resolving seasonal exhaustion and low-energy states commonly associated with winter. Colder months naturally invite slowing down and hibernation, yet social commitments, celebrations, and daily responsibilities often make genuine rest elusive.
The session opened by charging participants with the energy of the sun. The sun is the primary source of life on Earth, and reduced exposure to sunlight is a major contributor to both exhaustion and Seasonal Affective Disorder, often referred to as the winter blues.
Next, I worked to boost mitochondrial function. Mitochondria are the batteries of the cells. Like any rechargeable battery, their capacity can diminish over time. Recharging a system that can only hold twenty percent of its potential means running on empty regardless of how much rest and nourishment one gets. This phase focused on repairing the cellular battery itself, allowing the body to receive and retain a full energetic charge.
We then worked on fully charging the creatine receptors. Emerging research suggests creatine acts as a power station for the cells, which explains why some people with poor sleep can still function well when creatine levels are supported. This was the first time I addressed creatine energetically, making it essential to ensure the power stations were functioning optimally and that reserves were maximised.
The session also included an energetic recharge of vitamin D reserves. Many people living in colder climates experience vitamin D deficiency, so restoring this solar-linked vitality can be deeply revitalising.
Finally, I worked more broadly to energise, fortify, and revitalise the entire system, bringing the body into a state of coherence and renewal.
By the end of the session, participants reported feeling calm, steady, and energised. Within a couple of days, I personally felt fully recharged, refreshed, and back to baseline vitality.
If you are feeling exhausted, depleted, or weighed down by seasonal fatigue, this session may be exactly what your system is asking for.
