Guy is a level 16 advanced Divine Empowerment practitioner residing in rural West Ireland, where he leads a spiritual life and cultivates vegetables. With three decades of meditation experience, he embraces a Buddhist outlook and believes in the Boddhisattva Ideal of serving others.

Previously, Guy worked at a health retreat for over ten years, offering meditation, laughter yoga, earthing, labyrinth walking, forest bathing with poetry, I Ching, and oracle reading. He also tended to the gardens, creating serene spaces for relaxation and reflection. During this time, he honed his gentle approach to help individuals explore their emotions and needs.

In recent times, Guy has been devoted to assisting trauma sufferers, addicts, and individuals with suicidal ideation. Alongside his healing pursuits, he is a professional actor, writer, and storyteller. With a passion for laughter and play, Guy emphasizes personal health while finding joy in helping others heal, a natural and fulfilling progression on his journey of compassion.
